I'm sure my version is 7. I've checked ALL devices and not a single one has its driver on 7. Then, I installed 7. Tell us about your experience with our site. Acer does not support this model for windows 10 upgrade. Any suggestions before I roll back to windows 7?

Yes it should be there. Realtek provides Dobly 5. That is only audio driver in Acer driver listing for Aspire g Windows 7 bit. I have checked other Realtek audio driver sites and this particular Realtek version is not included which means it is special-made driver for Acer notebook.
Hi everyone, I have the same problem sice I installed W10 yesterday. I'm not sure if I fixed it but I think it could work. I only did this: Programs and Features 2. Look for "Dolby Advanced Audio v2" on the list.
Right-click on it, and click on "Repair" instead of "Uninstall". It automatically downloaded 7. And it works, don't ask why.
